Aseo YA! guarantees the freedom of association and the expression of the voice of professional cleaning workers. In AseoYa the Cleaning Professionals can express their voice and their requests, as well as the inconveniences that could arise, this freedom of expression is protected by our committee of Labor coexistence of SST of which there is representation on the part of the Cleaning Professionals, there they can express their voice, their position and contribute to the solution of differences and improvement of the relations and work environment. The Cleaning Professionals are also represented in the Joint Committee of Safety and Health at Work, where they can contribute and monitor compliance and risk prevention at work. They can also escalate requests or request an appointment with the founders in order to be heard in case they have exhausted the regular channel without success to any request.
